The kids will love the wagon rides, and after that, they can visit with our large selection of farm animals—goats, sheep, chickens, and pigs. Animal feed is available. We also have some tremendous play areas where kids can run and play in the hay, climb the hay bales and slide down our twisty slides, and simply enjoy the fresh air and wide open spaces on the farm. Pig RacesYup, real pigs, racing around the track to see who gets the extra carrots. The winner always makes a pig of himself (or herself, as the case may be.) The farmer is on hand to help you anticipate who's fast, and who's likely stop and taste the daisies.Our pigs love to hear the crowd cheer them on, and seem to truly like the attention—we have to admit there are some real hams in the race! Welcome to Mortimer FarmsMortimer Farms is a real pumpkin, corn, berry, and veggies farm in Dewey, Arizona. The Farm, and our cattle ranch just down the road, are both operated by the Mortimer Family and our amazing team of employees who we have adopted into our family over the years.

In the past 10 years we have opened The Farm up to the public. The average US resident has not known a farmer or grown their own food for over 3 generations. We open our gates because we feel it's extremely important to give families the opportunity to visit a real working farm, see where food is grown, how it is grown, and have the chance to experience harvesting food!Country Store & BakeryMortimer Farms provide an avenue to purchase produce, berries, meats, canned goods, and bakery items straight from where they were grown, raised, and cooked.

The Country Store also holds our bakery and deli. We are open daily and invite you to visit, and eat food straight from where it was grown and raised!Pick n' PlayThe Farm Park is a farm inspired playground designed to give families and children a wholesome, clean, fun place to enjoy the outdoors and learn a little about what farmers and ranchers do every day and why they do it! Our u-pick fields give families the chance to harvest produce and berries for themselves!

Additionally, we hold Farm Tours. This gives families and schools the chance to ask a real farmer questions and learn all about what we do.Festivals and EventsMortimer Farms gives our community and the surrounding committees 'fun, fun, fun stuff to do!' The Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze during the fall is what made us famous! We continue to hold this month long festival and love every mount of it!

Craft vendors, food vendors, farm inspired rides, hay rides, corn mazes, pumpkin picking, barn dances, special shows, and music are just a few of the items that our guests will enjoy during the fall!In the beginning, our sole event was the Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze. We spent our months watching watching children pick out their own perfect pumpkin, watching families connect while finding their way out of the corn maze, watching loved ones find their inter child, and watching families open their hearts to farming. We soon decided this view could not just during the fall. We open our gates all year round and open our fields to u-pick so children can pick their own produce, families can connect over their food, have fun, and learn about farming.Perfect for Parties & EventsThe farm is the perfect venue for weddings, parties, reunion, birthday parties, and private events.We, The Mortimer family are thankful for the opportunity we have to meet hundreds of families, teach children about where their food comes from, and show families how their food is grown.
